A "frequently asked questions" page for questions I have not been asked but thought might be helpful to have answered.
Q: I bought one of your items! How long until it gets here?
A: Wow! Thanks! I try to get my sales into the mail system within a week of receiving the order. However, I have no idea how long it's going to take to get to you specifically. As of November 2023, it typically takes 2-3 weeks to ship within Canada, and anywhere from 2-6 weeks to ship to America.
Q: I saw a piece of yours on Instagram and came here to buy it but it's not on here. Can you remake it?
A: Absolutely! Please feel free to DM me on Instagram (@eshkanbeadwork) about it, or use the contact form on this website! I'd be happy to remake it for you (depending on the piece. some of them have specific significance).
Q: I want a custom piece! How can I get one?

Q: How much for shipping?
A: Shipping is free. I tack a little more onto the base price of the item to account for shipping prices.
Q: I can't afford to buy one of your pieces, but I still want to support you. How can I do so?
A: Following me on social media is more than enough :) I have an Instagram for my beadwork (@eshkanbeadwork) and an instagram for my artwork (@antlerlad) that you're welcome to check out. I also have another shop over on Redbubble, which has affordable merchandise of my artwork. It's also at antlerlad.
If you want to support me monetarily, I have a ko-fi you can drop a couple bucks in. However, that's absolutely not required!
